The application requests approval of internal modifications as well as exterior fire routes in accordance with the regulations for properties of this type.

The plans aim to improve the appearance of the building with exterior finishes and an attractive main road entrance to access the first and second floor residences.

Materials requiring little or no maintenance will also be used to preserve the exterior of the building.
